RETURNS
Returned items must be within 15 days of receiving the order for any exchanges or refunds on full priced items.
 
Only an exchange is eligible when a promotional discount code is used at checkout, up to equal sale value. If exchanged for item of lesser value, a store credit will be provided for the remaining amount.
 
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges if you have a change of mind or have placed your order incorrectly.
 
If you are wishing to return an item, you must request an RA number from hello@solefiness.com
  
Returns without an RA number will not be considered. The items must be returned in the same condition as when received. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the items have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, you will lose your right to exercise a return.
 
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box with a bag or envelope to protect the box from being damaged. Returned items are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount (minus shipping) is deposited back into your account or exchanged for something else. When exercising your right to return an item, you are solely responsible for the return shipping costs. Sole Finess will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping, therefore we suggest that returned items are sent with a tracking number.

Please ensure you state the RA number on or inside the package, otherwise your item will not be considered.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you feel you have received a defected item upon delivery, or an item otherwise becomes defected, you must contact us immediately by sending an email to hello@solefiness.com with your order number and a picture/description of the defected item. Returns due to a faulty product will be accepted only within a reasonable time after purchase, which we will then make a full assessment of the product. We will judge all returns of faulty products on a case by case basis.
REFUNDS
Refunds for returned items will be made via the payment method as soon as Sole Finess completes the assessment on the item. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund process to be completed after your item has been received. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
EXCHANGE
An exchange is offered as per the the above policy, however due to availability, we suggest that you place a new order online straight away so you don't miss out.
