Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with the purchase of your full-priced item, you may exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order or opt for a store credit valid for up to 12 months, minus shipping costs, provided they are in an original resalable condition.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders using a promotional discount code are not eligible for return or exchange.

Limited Release items, collaborations, Launch items and Jordan footwear are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.

Please note that all order cancellation requests will incur an AUD$10.00 restocking and administration fee. We cannot cancel orders which have already been processed.
