This page states that registering for a raffle via our website www.solefiness.com means that you agree to the following Raffle Terms & Conditions.
- Registering for a Sole Finess raffle means you may win the opportunity to purchase the raffle item.
- You must be following Sole Finess on Instagram.
- Strictly one entry per person, multiple entries will result in instant disqualification.
- The first and last name submitted must match your government issued photo ID and shipping address.
- Please ensure all details are entered correctly as entries cannot be amended after submission.
- Complete cost of item, shipping, handling and taxes are stated upon entering the raffle.
- Winning entires will be selected at random.
- Upon winning a raffle, winners will be notified via email with available payment options.
- It is your responsibility to complete the checkout process.
- If payment is not made by the time stated in the email, the credit card details submitted will be charge automatically.
- Please ensure sufficient funds are available, Sole Finess will not be following up failed transactions or incomplete details.
- Failure to proceed with purchase following a raffle win will result in ineligibility for future raffles.
- Click and collect is not available for raffle items.
- Free shipping, store credit and promotional codes cannot be applied.
- Raffle items are final and are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event of incorrect inventory at the time of receiving the order, if the quantity exceeds the limit stated, if we find the item is not for yourself, or if we suspect any fraudulent, bot or resell behaviour.
